R&D and Production Capacity:Currently, there are approximately 300 m2 of Class 1000 clean rooms and 100 m2 of Class 100 clean rooms. It includes 4 sets of research laboratories, 1 testing and analysis room, 2 polyimide slurry production lines, 1 semiconductor cleaning agent production line with a capacity of over 200 tons per year, 1 polishing liquid research line, and 1 electronic adhesive production line with a capacity of over 3 tons per year.
